Our standard credit application is required of all new clients and must be completed before your projects can be outsourced to our teams. Our credit check process can typically be completed in one business day. Once the credit check is complete and your identifying information is verified, we will prepare our standard services agreement for you to sign and return. Our service agreement is effective for all current and future projects - no additional agreements or paperwork will be required for later services.

Your application fee will be fully credited towards your account with Sagewing. We will automatically apply 100% of this payment to your first invoice.

To submit the application, simply click the 'add to cart' button and click 'checkout' to provide your contact and payment details. Please be as accurate as possible when providing your company's name and other information as these details will be verified.

  • If you are an incorporated business entity such as a corporation or LLC, please use the address listed in the corporate records for your company's state of incorporation.

  • If you are an individual or sole proprietor, please submit your exact name as it appears on your government issued identification such as a passport or driver's license.

  • If you are a sole proprietor or individual using a DBA, please provide your personal information and add the DBA information to the 'company' field on the checkout firm. Your DBA will be included in the services agreement once the credit check process is complete.
